Our bodies are made to move, to be in different positions, not just sitting ...
when we go against our own nature our body does not work optimally that is why more of the same is not the solution.
Ask yourself how much time you watch TV and you will see that 45 minutes 3 times per week is only a fraction of the time you spend watching TV or the time you spend sitting doing something else ...
I know that it is difficult to imagine that the solution against fatigue is to do more and even more unimaginable to exercise but if you have never checked it ... what can you lose?
Try it, at least give yourself 4 weeks to see the effect of an exercise program ... in the end if you are not convinced the only thing you lost was a few hours less sitting.
