On the first session: 1 1/2 hour for physical assessment. We define goals, schedule the next appointments and have a 30-minute workout.
The same week: 1 or 2 more personalized workouts of 40 minutes each
The following weeks: 2 or 3 personalized workouts per week of 40 minutes each
Progress assessment at the end of each week

OPTION 2X PER WEEK
Weekly payment option: $ 170 (payment on the first appointment of each week)
OPTION 3X PER WEEK
Weekly payment option: $ 255 (payment on the first appointment of each week)
1 to 2 additional people: $ 35 / hour / person
3 to 5 additional people: $ 30 / hour / person

REMOTE TRAINING (Skype or Facetime) Save 20% of the regular price

Men & women over 18 years of all fitness levels (if you have a medical condition consult with a physician before you begin this program)
