8-Week Body Program

 

INCLUDES:

 

  • Physical assessment

  • Depending on your choice: 2X or 3X of 40 minutes per week of personalized training

  • Personalized healthy eating strategies

  • Personalized wellness-lifestyle plan

 

PROGRAM:

 

  • On the first session: 1 1/2 hour for physical assessment. We define goals, schedule the next appointments and have a 30-minute workout.

  • The same week: 1 or 2 more personalized workouts of 40 minutes each

  • The following weeks: 2 or 3 personalized workouts per week of 40 minutes each

  • Progress assessment at the end of each week

  • By appointment. Flexible hours!

 

COST:

 

OPTION 2X PER WEEK

  • Weekly payment option: $ 170 (payment on the first appointment of each week)

 

OPTION 3X PER WEEK

  • Weekly payment option: $ 255 (payment on the first appointment of each week)

 

ADDITIONAL PEOPLE

1 to 2 additional people: $ 35 / hour / person
3 to 5 additional people: $ 30 / hour / person
These rates are for participation in the 8-week program

 

REMOTE TRAINING (Skype or Facetime) Save 20% of the regular price
