Pilates is a low-impact type of exercise that combines deep breathing, controlled movements and gentle stretching to boost strength, balance, and mobility.
Workouts target your "powerhouse" (your abs, lower back, pelvic floor, hips, and glutes), but you’ll work other areas too.
You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being.
Stretching improves coordination and mobility. It is a therapeutic technique of fitness and well-being. When stretching a muscle the oxygen supply is increased which raises the energy level in the body while bringing a feeling of relaxation and balance.
The stretches are deep and aim at both the relaxation and strengthening of all the muscles of the body, thus recreating the postural balance. By breaking the bad habits associated with the predominant use of the left and the right.
YOGA - STRETCHING
A mix of both techniques (yoga & stretching). This technique will offer fluid and dynamic movements that will increase the temperature of the body to facilitate the stretching of the muscles.
Everything will be proposed with delicacy. Relaxation and stretching, a pure delight!
You will experience a relaxing yet dynamic and deep full body stretch that addresses all the joints and loosens tense muscles.
Essentrics combines simultaneously stretching and strengthening while engaging all the muscles of the body.
The regular practice of Yoga will give you physical and mental strength.
