WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

  • 1 hour per week of group training

  • Classes offered Mondays from 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm

  • Intense but safe training

  • In addition to intense training sessions to improve your muscular and cardiovascular system, at the end of each session, we'll do stretching exercises and a small session of relaxation for your physical and mental balance

  • Group coaching to help you get the results!

  • Includes before-and-after photos. The photos will be taken discreetly and it will only be the coach and the client

  • Sessions with healthy-minded people in a friendly environment

  • Bilingual classes

  • A certified trainer that will help you stay motivated

CLASS DESCRIPTION

 

  • BODY FIT is a fun, effective, high-intensity, full-body workout that targets the major muscle groups. From circuit-style routines that jump-start your cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using the body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. The classes follow each other but are not alike!

To have results, you have to engage in all the activities offered in the bootcamp.
